◆ Material : PA66 nylon 66 filling: 30wt% glass fiber+10wt% PTFE polytetrafluoroethylene.
◆ Characteristics : 1. 30% fiberglass Significantly improve tensile and bending strength, modulus, creep resistance, reduce molding shrinkage, and enhance dimensional stability. Heat resistance is improved, and the heat deformation temperature (HDT) is significantly higher than that of pure PA66. Disadvantages: The material becomes brittle and the impact decreases; Fiberglass can wear down screws and molds, and products are prone to floating fibers. 2. 10% PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) Reducing the coefficient of friction and minimizing wear, dry friction conditions have obvious advantages and do not require oil lubrication. Reduce abnormal noise and jamming of moving parts. Disadvantages: PTFE may slightly reduce mechanical strength; PTFE is prone to decomposition under high temperature excessive shear; Decreased liquidity.
◆ Purpose : Dry friction moving parts: wear-resistant shaft sleeves, bushings, gears, sliders, guide blocks, wear-resistant parts of conveying mechanisms, internal friction parts of pumps.
◆ Benchmark Against : Sabic RFL26
